Villarreal Civil Group will deliver a comprehensive scope of earthwork and grading services to support this high-profile financial institution build. The project includes compliance with all addenda, inspections, utility coordination, and grading to meet ADA and geotechnical standards.
Embark Coach Line
In partnership with BlueRock Construction Group, Villarreal Civil Group completed full-site excavation, embankment, and pad preparation for Embark’s new bus depot in San Antonio.
The project included moisture-conditioned subgrades, select fill placement, and topsoil respread to meet performance standards for office, warehouse, and storage areas.
Comal ISD Campus Improvements – Multiple Locations
Villarreal Civil Group partnered with Comal ISD and Dawson Construction to complete a series of campus upgrades across the district.
The work included demolition and earthwork for new playground installations and parking lot renovations, with services ranging from foundation removal to fine grading and SWPPP compliance.
KT Water Supply
Villarreal Civil Group is proud of its role in the KT Water Supply project, partnering with MGC Contractors, Inc., the General Contractor, and Texas Water Company, the project owner.
The project is located in New Braunfels, Texas, and will support future water infrastructure development for the region.
Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio – Multiple Locations
Villarreal Civil Group partnered with Barboza and Sons Contracting to complete precision grading beneath existing building footprints at two Boys & Girls Clubs facilities in San Antonio.
The work involved careful underfloor excavation and subgrade preparation to support interior improvements while maintaining structural integrity.
San Marcos ISD Parking Lot Renovations
Our team completed site-work and grading for parking lot renovations at three elementary schools within San Marcos ISD.
The project included demolition of existing pavement, sub-grade prep, moisture conditioning, and base work to ensure long-term durability and ADA compliance.
