Villarreal Civil Group is proud to partner with Marksmen General Contractors, Inc. on the Lytle ISD Additions & Renovations Project in Lytle, Texas. This school district improvement project includes upgrades and new construction across multiple areas of the campus, supporting the district’s long-term goals for safety, accessibility, and future-ready learning spaces. Villarreal Civil Group’s scope of work includes a complete turnkey civil package, encompassing site demolition, excavation, fill placement, grading, and all related material handling and erosion control. The team will perform site clearing and grubbing, fine grading for foundations, paving, sidewalks, and detention pond work, along with saw cutting, moisture conditioning, soil stabilization, and coordination with multiple trades. In addition to executing the sitework, Villarreal Civil Group will be responsible for coordinating with utility locates, providing field engineering and layout, and managing safety compliance per state and federal regulations. All materials, manpower, equipment, and documentation—including submittals, SDS data, shop drawings, and warranties—will be delivered in accordance with the project’s contract documents and specifications.
