The scope of work awarded to Villarreal Civil Group includes complete demolition, excavation, grading, and base installation for all new flatwork, concrete paving, ramps, sidewalks, bleacher pads, and landscaping areas. The project includes saw-cutting, metal grate inlet adjustments, and valve lid elevation adjustments to ensure a complete, operable site, according to the project’s contract documents. Additionally, the team will provide three mobilizations to support demolition, paving touch-ups, and final site backfill and landscape preparation. All demolition debris will be legally hauled off and documented per project requirements.
