The project, titled Home Church Site Improvements, is located at 7100 US-281, Spring Branch, TX 78070, and is scheduled for completion by September 8, 2025. This project marks another significant collaboration between Villarreal Civil Group and Marksmen General Contractors. Villarreal Civil Group will be responsible for executing the Site Work and SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) scopes in accordance with the approved Contract Documents. Scope of Work Includes: Demolition: Removal of trees, vegetation, fencing, asphalt parking lots, drives, and a metal storage building as specified in the contract. Earthwork & Excavation: Rock excavation, site clearing and haul off, spoil removal, site embankment, and grading to prepare for new infrastructure. SWPPP & Erosion Control: Including permitting, signage, silt fencing, monthly inspections, tree protection, construction entrance, concrete washout pit, and temporary rock berm. Paving & Pad Preparation: Subgrade preparation and base for a new asphalt parking lot. Construction of a new asphalt drive and parking areas. Building pad prep for a new restroom pavilion. Import and placement of select fill materials. Grading around sidewalks and curb lines. Installation of a permeable pavement system and 5” rip rap with geotextile behind curbs.
